Two Awards to Kadir Has Information Center in ANKOSLink2023!

The main theme of the International Conference of ANKOSLink2023, carried out between 20-23 November 2023 in Antalya, was Rethinking University Libraries in the 100th. Year of the Republic. Over 500 librarians, managers, academicians, and publisher representatives from 20 countries attended. Topics like the effects of artificial intelligence on libraries, changing education methods, permanent definers, open science, open education, and developments on the publishing area. New education platforms are discussed in the three-day conference.

Information Center did apply to the poster presentation sessions with two posters. The evaluation jury awarded the poster titled “Librarian Support on the Changing Education Methods: Courses Reserve Librarianship on Kadir Has University” by Alper MENEMENLİOĞLU and Meltem ÇINAR with the second prize and “Sustainability in University Libraries: Example of Kadir Has University” with the third prize within 22 different posters.

Both posters were presented at the conference on 23 November 2023. The Information Center staff grants the award Money to the White Doves Scholarship Fund.
